Deezer is finally launching in the U.S. The catch? You’ll only be able to use it if you have a Sonos.

The streaming company is launching Deezer Elite, a new HD version of their service. Millions of tracks will be available in high resolution (16-bit, 44.1kHz, lossless) starting September 15th. Deezer Elite is only available in the U.S. on Sonos, joining around 50 other audio and music services on the platform.

Tyler Goldman, Deezer’s CEO in North America, says:

“Deezer has built a global audience of over 16 million people by meeting the many needs of music consumers. Audio enthusiasts no longer have to choose between a streaming service and high quality audio, with Deezer Elite they can have both for the first time”

It looks like Deezer Elite will launch just before Tidal, WiMP’s recently announced high resolution streaming service for the U.S. and U.K.
