I get that, and I thought that most recieved payments via the collectives like ASCAP, BMI, SOCAN, etc etc
and Pandora paid them, who then paid you correct?
as to lowering the rates, thats insane.. but it would be nice if there was a simpler standard rate for ALL types of Radio & streaming..
