James Murphy is a man of many ideas. The ex-LCD Soundsystem frontman recently created his own espresso blend. Now, he has an idea that would improve the New York City subway system.
Murphy wants the subway system turnstile tones to be more pleasant. He proposes equipping turnstiles with different complementary tones, so they will play music when used.
Murphy says the turnstiles are going to be replaced soon, so his idea would cost virtually nothing if implemented into the new machines.
