Picky & Controlling? Mobile Roadie Has a Package for You...

The days of selling your first born for an iPhone app are over, and the space for do-it-yourself app creation has become quite competitive.  BlueHaze and Mobile Roadie are two that come to mind, and both are roping some serious clientele.  Now, Mobile Roadie is upselling its more moneyed customers into a Pro package, including the Fader and Ninja Tune.

The Pro upgrade, unleashed today, essentially means more customization and lots more content, across both Android and iPhone apps.  According to details shared by the company, Pro delivers a wider range of options across aspects like menu layouts, colors, buttons, and fonts.  It also includes bells-and-whistles like global user search capabilities, newly-designed landscape views, and the ability to better categorize content.

Sounds like a bevy of additional options, though that can be a blessing or curse depending on the perspective.  Most will enjoy a finer-tuned outcome, but also lots of back and forth in the design phase.  "We are very picky and controlling when it comes to brand integrity," relayed Andy Cohn, EVP and group publisher of Fader Media, Inc.

Roadie packages start at $499 for setup, with a $29 per month fee thereafter.  The Pro option bumps the setup to nearly $2,000, with a $99 monthly.
