Heading to Burning Man?  Looks like Burning Man Information Radio is now broadcasting live 24 hours a day, and plans are even underway to create a year-round internet radio version.

Five years after Katrina, the slow recovery crawl for New Orleans - and its musicians - continues.  According to the latest State of the New Orleans Music Community Report, the number of available gigs in the city is still half of what it was before the storm.  And the work is paying less.

Sprucing up your MySpace Music page?  Soundcloud has jumped in with a tutorial on how to integrate its platform.

German collection society GEMA has lost an interim challenge related to YouTube content uploading, though a final decision could impose some filtering and detection responsibilities.
