*Rightsflow is now handling mechanical licensing details for Wolfgang’s Vault.

*UK-based recorded music licensor PPL has joined forces with broadcast monitoring firm Soundmouse.  The tie-up is designed to improve radio and television reporting accuracy.

*The Chinese Ministry of Culture is reviewing proposed Bob Dylan dates in Beijing and Shanghai.  Dylan canceled dates in those cities last year, though the exact reasons were disputed.

*MTV has now released its Music Meter iOS discovery app.

*James Levine is now stepping down as director of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

*Catch.com is now launching Catch Pro, a premium version of its note-taking app.  That includes all sorts of multimedia and musical note-taking capabilities.
