JustGo is a social media management platform catered to EDM artists. The site provides statistics and easy ways to upload to multiple platforms at once. It provides management tools for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube, and Mixcloud.

The platform was launched in April 2013 and has over 50,000 users. Revenue comes from subscriptions, but the company plans to add content monetization.

JustGo have reportedly raised a total of $1.7 million in funding and have added Beatport’s former CEO, Jonas Tempel, as chairman of the board. Tempel will have oversight of the direction of strategic expansion. CEO Justin Golshir said:

“I look forward to working closely with him to execute our combined vision to make JustGo the industry standard platform helping content creators connect with and grow their global audiences.”

$1.7 million in funding is the total amount raised to date. It has come from Golshir’s personal investment, Rosemont Group Capital Partners, and the founding investors of Beatport.

Reallly? Hootsuite does the same. How does one cater to EDM artist. I’m an Edm Artist/producer and Labe owner. Unless you have a “List” of target market for EDM loving folk, non of these “providers” are geared or specialized. I push my own releases, build my own data/marketing list and use Hootsuite to manage all social media. Beatport did target EDM music lovers as a one stop shop for music. However, due to the lack of Quality Control, Beatport is saturated with “Crap” EDM. So, once again, if your an EDM artist, build your own Store and push your own releases. I Still use Beatport/Itunes as platforms for sales because I’m too lazy to build my own store for now. There is nothing new under the sun and it’s just more of the same old same old.
