Andy Chen is the new CEO of Aspiro AB, replacing Peter Tonstad. Chen will continue to serve as the CEO of Aspiro-owned WiMP, where Tonstad will shift to Chief Commercial Officer.
SoundCloud‘s VP of Business Development Dave Haynes has resigned. Haynes says: “Travel is something I’ve considered a perk of my job but right now, I want to make it something I love, rather than something I feel I have to do.“
UK indie label Cooking Vinyl has made some additions to its marketing team:
- Sammy Andrews is now Head of Digital Marketing. She will build and run the label’s digital marketing department.
- Chris Farrow is now Product and Marketing Manager. Previously, he was Marketing Manager at Sunday Best Recordings.
