Bye Felicia: American Idol Has Been Cancelled…

American Idol keeps getting sued by previous winners and contestants…

Most recently, Phillip Phillips sued the show, saying he was tricked into performing for free for American Idol sponsors. Phillips also had a number of other complaints regarding lack of payment and control of his career.

Well, here’s some good news. American Idol has just been cancelled by Fox.

This isn’t much of a surprise, as the number of Idol viewers has dropped drastically over the years.

The show will end after its 2016 season, a 15 season run. The last round of judges will be Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick Jr.  Ryan Seacrest will host.
