According to industry forecasters, HNDRXX may head for a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 chart. This would mark the rapper’s fourth No. 1 debut following 2016’s Evol and 2015’s What a Time to Be Alive.

News of the upcoming album comes amidst rumors that the Evol rapper owes money to hip-hop artist/actor Rocko. Taking aim at Future, Rocko posted the HNDRXX album artwork on Instagram as well, writing,

“We could’ve sat down like men and settled this easily ages ago.  Not sure what his reasons were but I respect it.  Only reason it’s even a lawsuit in place is because he said let the lawyers handle it… I will always support my boy regardless!”

The EVOL rapper hinted at the lawsuit in a Twitter Q&A.  Fans asked him if the second, unexpected album, was due to Rocko’s breath of contract lawsuit. In a video, he explained,

“No way in the fuck am I doing it for him. But at the same time, know what I’m saying, shit gon’ get took care of.  We working, we richer than ever, you know what I’m saying?  When niggas go broke they do dumb shit.  I don’t know what’s going on, but at the end of the day, we making hits, we making history, they want to be part of history you got to do something to tag along.  So that’s what it is.  Tag along nigga.”

Rocko sued the EVOL rapper last year since the rapper wasn’t included in his record deal with Epic.
