Turns out Harvey Weinstein isn’t just a Hollywood problem. Now, women (and some men) are sharing their stories of rampant sexual abuse in the music industry.

#MeToo Growing up in the music industry since the age of 13, I’ve lost count on how many times I was sexually harassed ? I know it was only by the grace of God and His protection that it wasn’t worse. But despite the inappropriate conversations, comments and sometimes even actions of others, there’s one thing that I believe helped me along the way- I had standards and I knew my worth and although I DID let a lot slide, thinking, “it was the norm and it came with the territory,” I was also not afriad to punch someone where the sun don’t shine, and believe me I had to do that a few times ?
Ladies we are not objects or just something to be desired, abused, misused and tossed – We are daughters of a King, made in the image of God, one of a kind (each of us), precious and worth dying for. . This picture reminds me of the power of God’s incredible creation – woman. From head to toe God has now surrounded me with incredible women who know their worth and are not afraid to take the world by storm.
