Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher’s Alleged Sexual and Emotional Abuse Detailed

Kristina Buch has outlined a horrific pattern of sexual abuse committed by Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher.

Last March, two women – Kristina Buch and Peyton Ackley – filed restraining orders against Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher.

They alleged that the producer raped and physically assaulted them.  Fisher also forced them to perform sexual acts in front of others.

Multiple female artists backed up the claims.

According to Jessie Reyez, an Island Records artist, Fisher tried to rape and physically assault her six years ago.

One night, over 6 years ago Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher tried this on me.  I was lucky and I got out before it got to this.  I didn’t know what to say or who to tell, [and I] was scared.  Fear is a real thing.  The girls that came out are brave as hell.”

Singer/producer Beba Rexha also confirmed a similar claim.

He tried to do the same thing to me when I was a new artist.

Glad these women came out.  It’s scary.  He tried to with me, but I literally ran out of that studio.  Karma is a b—h.”

Now, one woman has taken Fisher to court.

A pattern of horrific sexual abuse.

Aspiring model/singer Kristina Buch has filed a lawsuit against the embattled hip-hop producer.

Filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, Buch claims Fisher engaged in a two-year pattern of “violent sexual assault and emotional abuse.”  He did this, claiming he was guiding Buch’s career.

The lawsuit includes allegations of assault and battery, sexual battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Per Billboard – which obtained a copy – the lawsuit reads,

This complaint, unfortunately, tells the tale of an aspiring musician who was manipulated, abused, and ferociously and repeatedly raped at the hands of a person she trusted, her supposed mentor, a critically acclaimed music producer.

This came after Fisher made “promises of a music career, showering her with compliments, and telling her she was going to be a star.”

The relationship quickly turned “very dark,” according to the filing:

[He became] controlling and verbally abusive toward Buch, telling her that she needed to have sex with him and others to get ahead in the music industry.  Fisher also consistently attacked Buch’s self-worth, breaking her down emotionally and making her subservient to him.”

She adds Fisher “viciously and violently raped [her] on seven different occasions.”  Two events allegedly took place in front of others.  In one incident, Fisher ordered Ackley to record his “aggressive and appalling rape of Buch.”

The first rape happened after Buch and Fisher recorded eight songs together in Miami.  Then, engaging in emotional abuse, he called her a “dumb white b—ch.”  Having sex with him would lead other music producers to work with her, Fisher readily claimed.

He also threatened to send “goons” after her boyfriend should she fail to break up with him.  In addition, Fisher ordered her to remain “naked at all times.”

Confirming the lawsuit details, William J. Briggs, Buch’s attorney, told Billboard,

It is unfortunate that Ms. Buch was forced to suffer unthinkable harm at the hands of someone she considered a mentor.

Fisher is best known for producing Beyoncé’s ‘Drunk In Love,’ Ray J’s ‘Sexy Can I,’ and Lil Wayne’s ‘How to Love.’

Briggs added,

Fortunately, Ms. Buch was able to escape Mr. Fisher’s control and bring these horrific allegations to light.  No person should have to suffer the type of abuse Ms. Buch has suffered.  In addition to seeking redress for Mr. Fisher’s reprehensible conduct, we hope this will shed a light for all those around Mr. Fisher, including other potential victims.

  1. C-rap

Rap is a the music form of criminals, pure and simple (and its the same overseas). To say there are exceptions is ludicrous, since there are so many examples. Heavy Metal had a similar problem. Meanwhile, people who criticize the ignorance and violent shallow materialism of c-rap are called racists. yeah OK.
