Former Live Nation VP Kelly Stelbasky has joined AEG’s Global Touring operations. She will serve as Senior Vice President of the division run under AEG Presents.

Kobalt has promoted Jeannette Perez from President of Global Synch & Brand Partnerships to a newly created role. She is now Kobalt’s Chief Experience Officer and will handle writer and publisher relations teams.

Epidemic Sound has announced former YouTube and Spotify executive Kate Vale as Managing Director, North America. The Swedish start-up enables YouTubers to use licensed music in their videos for a monthly subscription fee.

Jessica Carsen has been appointed to SVP Communications for Sony Music UK. She joins the British division from News UK, where she served as Director of Communications.

Dasha Smith Dwin has left her role as Sony Music Entertainment Executive VP to join the NFL. She will assume the role of Chief People Officer there.

BMI Vice President of Creative in New York, Charlie Feldman ⁠— has announced he will retire. Feldman is a 31-year veteran of BMI and will continue to consult for the company.

Primary Wave Publishing has announced David Weitzman has joined the team. Weitzman will focus on the acquisition of new songwriters for Primary Wave Music’s IP Fund 2.

The Mechanical Licensing Collective has announced Richard Thompson will serve as the non-profit’s Chief Information Officer. He will be responsible for overseeing MLC’s data platform to distribute royalties.
