The West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center has released its autopsy report for the murder of Young Dolph.

Adolph Thorton Jr. – more widely known as Young Dolph – suffered 22 gunshot wounds. Those wounds include bullet entry and exit wounds from the rapper’s body. The autopsy report indicates Young Dolph was shot in the forehead, temple, face, right back, center back, left back, right arm, left arm, left chest, left abdomen, right chin, right neck, right wrist, and right shoulder.

Young Dolph was known for his charitable giving in Memphis. He organized Thanksgiving food giveaways and donated thousands of dollars to local high schools. When the 36-year-old rapper was killed, he was in Memphis to hand out turkeys to families in need on Thanksgiving.

The rapper was born in Chicago, but moved to Memphis with his parents when he was just two. He released numerous mixtapes, starting with 2008’s Paper Route Campaign. His 2016 debut studio album was called King of Memphis.

Two men charged with fatally shooting the rapper have pled not guilty to first-degree murder and other felony charges. Lawyers for Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith entered the pleas in February. Both were indicted in January for the November 17 slaying of Young Dolph.

The police report indicates two men got out of a stolen Mercedes-Benz and fired shots into Makeda’s Homemade Cookies, where the rapper was inside. Police released photos taken from surveillance video that captured the shooting to track down the suspects. Authorities say they believe they know the motive of the shooting, but they have not discussed those details publicly.

The next hearing in the case is set for March 24.

Young Dolph was the target of multiple shootings before the November 17 incident that killed him. In 2017 the rapper was struck by multiple bullets when he was fired on outside of a shoe store in Hollywood.

Earlier that same year, Dolph’s SUV was shot at over 100 times while he was in Charlotte, North Carolina. An arrest warrant was issued for Blac Youngsta, who later turned himself in. The charges against Black Youngsta were later dropped. Following that shooting, Young Dolph dropped $600,000 on a pair of bulletproof vehicles for his entourage.
