Spotify unveils its 2022 Wrapped and personalized user experience, as well as the top artists, songs, albums, and podcasts worldwide.

Spotify users can now access their personalized 2022 Wrapped experience through the Spotify mobile app. This year, you’ll see the return of classic year-end Wrapped features like your top artists, songs, albums, podcasts, and genres, plus several new ways to experience your listening trends.

In addition to top artists, genres, songs, podcasts, and minutes listened, Your Listening Personality is a new feature that tells you about the music you listen to and what that says about your taste. Fans will learn which of 16 different Spotify-created “Listening Personality” types they are, based on their 2022 listening trends.

Additionally, Audio Day gives you a peek into how your music taste evolves throughout the day via an interactive story. The Wrapped hub will also feature merch from your top artists and upcoming events to help fans connect with their favorite artists live.

Spotify’s year-end look at what the world streamed most features Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, who became the first artist to top the platform’s most-streamed artist list three years in a row. Taylor Swift is the second most-streamed artist (and most-streamed female artist of the year), followed by Drake, The Weeknd, and BTS.

The most-streamed song of 2022 is Harry Styles’ hit “As It Was,” with more than 1.6 billion streams worldwide. “Heat Waves” by Glass Animals came in at number two, while “STAY” by The Kid LAROI with Justin Bieber came in at number three for the second year in a row. Bad Bunny rounds out the list with the fourth and fifth spots with “Me Porto Bonito” and “Tití Me Preguntó.”

In the realm of podcasts, The Joe Rogan Experience takes the number one slot for the most popular podcast of 2022 globally. Call Her Daddy came in at number two, while Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain was number three, followed by the thriller/crime series Caso 63 at number four, and Crime Junkie at number five.
