After a second sexual assault allegation has arisen, country singer Jimmie Allen’s label BBR Music Group has dropped him.

The music group placed the singer on suspension amid the first allegations. Now a second ‘Jane Doe’ is suing the country star for sexual assault. The new complaint filed in Tennessee says ‘Jane Doe 2’ met Jimmie Allen in May 2022 during a plane trip to Nashville. After exchanging her number with the country star, they held an online fling. In July 2022, Jane Doe 2 agreed to meet Allen in Las Vegas, where he was scheduled for several appearances.

“Allen sexually assaulted Jane Doe 2 in his hotel room and then passed out. Extremely upset by the assault, Jane Doe 2 was leaving the hotel room when she discovered that Allen has surreptitiously and, without her consent, placed his cell phone in the closet facing the bed to videotape the entire event,” the lawsuit reads.

The Jane Doe 2 grabbed the phone, stopped the recording, and took it with her. After she booked a flight home, she took the phone to her local police department and reported the assault and recording. Following the disclosure of this lawsuit, BBR Music Group is calling it quits with Jimmie Allen.

“BBR Music Group has dissolved its relationship with Jimmie Allen, he is no longer an active artist on its roster,” the label said in a brief statement. BBR Music Group previously suspended the artist when he was accused of raping ‘Jane Doe,’ a woman who worked as his day-to-day manager at his former management company, Wide Open Music.

Following that allegation in May 2023, Jimmie Allen was suspended by UTA and his management company, The Familie. His PR company Full Coverage Communications was the only entity to drop him fully after the first lawsuit.

Jimmie Allen strongly denied the allegations contained in the first lawsuit, calling them false. He said he would take the necessary legal action to protect his reputation. It’s unclear what his response is to the second lawsuit, which contains lurid details of the woman asking the singer not to ejaculate inside her and being ignored—to the secret recording she took home.
