Post Malone drops an astounding 55 pounds after cutting soda from his diet. He posted a handsome selfie to show off his weight loss.

Post Malone posed for a mirror selfie on Instagram to show off his 55-pound weight loss, dressed in black with a black leather blazer and matching boots. The 28-year-old rapper recently spoke about his weight loss during an interview with Joe Rogan and admitted that the birth of his daughter motivated him to start living healthier.

“Introducing Viceroy Chungus VonBattlepass, I love you,” Malone captioned the photo, to which fans immediately replied with compliments. “Posty looking good,” said one fan. “Lookin’ like a snack,” wrote another.

Post Malone, whose real name is Austin Post, admitted during his recent interview with Joe Rogan that he weighed 240 pounds at his heaviest but was now down to 185. He says that the birth of his daughter in May 2022 motivated him to start living healthier, including cutting out soda — which he says has had the most significant impact on his overall health.

“Soda is so bad. It’s so good but so bad,” Post Malone told Joe Rogan about his weight loss. “(If) I’m feeling a little bit naughty, I’m gonna have myself a Coke on ice.”

Fans had speculated on the “Sunflower” singer’s weight loss, with some suspecting drugs were in the mix. That could include weight-chopping medications like Ozempic, a controversial remedy that produces startling results. But Post assured fans on social media during his European tour in April that that wasn’t the case.

“I wanted to say that I’m not doing drugs,” Post wrote. “I’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and, I’d suppose, (my) performance on stage. I’m having a lot of fun performing and have never felt healthier. I guess ‘dad life’ kicked in, and I decided to kick soda and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel.”

And Posty is practicing his good dad vibes wherever he can. During a recent meet and greet in Georgia, he made an 11-year-old boy’s day after signing his shoes, then gave him the white Converse sneakers off his own feet when the boy showed interest in them.

“You love these? They might be too big,” he asked in a video captured by 11-year-old Elijah’s mom Nicole and posted to TikTok. The pair drove from Wisconsin to Georgia to make the event. Post autographed his shoes before handing them off to Elijah.

“This man is the most selfless, genuine, and kindest soul there is,” Nicole captioned the video.
