Kanye West’s ‘Yeezy Porn’ is being sued and his wife Bianca Censori accused of sending porn to staffers—including several minors who worked at the company.

The allegations arise after Kanye acquired an app and its developers to launch his own music streaming service. “Ye wanted his own music streaming platform or website so he could avoid sharing profits with digital streaming platforms such as Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, and YouTube Music,” the lawsuit states.

“Due to Ye’s public statements, several app developer groups began separate projects to develop an app in the hopes that Ye would acquire it and invite them to work for him. The app developer groups were comprised of several different people from all over the world that were fans of Ye and his music. These groups referred to themselves as YZYVSN and YZYAPP.”

After Ye publicly announced Yeezy Porn, the lawsuit says no guardrails were put in place to prevent minor employees from working on the project. The defendants claim both Ye and Milo Yiannopolous hired an international developer group comprised of several black members, many of whom were under age. One was as young as 14.

The lawsuit alleges that Yiannopoulos fostered an allegedly racist working environment, repeatedly making false promises about payment to the developers. Ye ordered all of the employees to sign a non-disclosure agreement and threatened to fire anyone who didn’t, even the minors.

The lawsuit also states that “development group chats on the Discord messaging service were filled with harassment, regarding age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and national origin/ethinicity. Some team members were called ‘slaves’ while another group chat referred to team members as ‘new slaves.’”

“On April 10, Yiannopoulos sent a message to a group chat and used a Black/brown skin emoji to refer to DaCosta, also sending a message of calling a younger member of the group a ‘school shooter.’ Members of the development team [for the app] were regularly and viciously bullied for their ages, races, genders, sexual orientation, and ethnicities.”

The lawsuit also alleges that Kanye’s wife Bianca Censori “sent a YZYSVN worker a file sharing link of hardcore pornography for the Yeezy Porn app” and that pictures of pornography related to Yeezy Porn were openly disseminated on the Discord channel.”

The lawsuit also alleges that after the Yeezy Porn app was developed, the teams were hoodwinked and told they would not be paid for their work. “On May 7, Mr. Venezia informed the YZYVSN workers that the acquisition deal and promise to purchase the app were not real. He informed everyone that Yiannopoulos had misled everyone regarding whether they would be paid for their work and for the promises of continued work.”

The plaintiffs in the lawsuit say the stress of their workplace conditions, constant deadline changes, and cult-like behavior of other workers was “hostile, intimidating, and harassing.”

In a statement posted to X, Milo Yiannopoulos called the lawsuit a joke and a ‘sad race hustle’ claiming it was brought by inept developers. Yiannopoulos parted ways with Kanye West on May 20, calling the development of the app an “imminent danger” to his mental and physical health.
