Job Description
Fast growing New York based startup is looking for a bright individual that will sign producers onto a new hip hop platform. This is a new division/ product of an already successful online company that is expanding into the hip hop space. Very smart and ambitious team. Good equity package offered. Compensation: $35,000 to $48,000/ year (depending on experience).
The job is remote (from home or from co-working of your choice), but we are looking for someone based on the east coast of North America. Extra points are given for a background and interest in business or experience with social media or other online marketing.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of hip hop/ trap producers and the culture around hip hop. Some knowledge of the legal side of the business (rights, royalties, etc.). Experience in the industry is preferred but not required. Great people skills. Self motivated with business and marketing skills being a plus. A love for music and especially hip hop.
