Alexander Fleisher is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Group of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC. Alexander concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters including copyright, trademark and unfair competition. He has co-presented webinars on “Fair Use or Foul: Transformation, Derivative Works, and What Remains of Traditional Tests in a Digital Age” and “Transformation as the Parade Test of Fair Use vs. Derivative Works,” in addition to lecturing at Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law on “Legal Issues in Music Related to eCommerce.” Fleisher earned a B.B.A. at the University of Miami and his J.D. from Drexel University Kline School of Law.
