YellowHeart is a made-in-NYC, blockchain live event ticketing platform powered by distributed ledger technology and built exclusively for creators and their authentic fans. Our mission is to build a ticketing software platform that makes buying tickets enjoyable for fans and puts artists back in control of how their tickets are distributed and traded.

We’re seeking a tech savvy product lead to own our product’s strategic vision and to work very closely with our senior technology leaders to collaborate on how technology decisions will inform end-user experiences.

You will shape the product direction, become familiar with end-user workflows, develop design systems, hire and manage a team to build and deliver our vision and build out a world-class design culture.

What we value in a Head of Product:
• Successful prior experience in bringing highly complex products from cradle to grave
• Deep product strategy experience
• Excellent portfolio designing digital products, ideally BTB and DTC brands/companies
• Sketching/wireframes to high-fidelity mockups in Sketch/Figma
• Affinity for user empathy, user research and user-centric design
• Communicates simple + elegant solutions to complex problems
• High levels of organization and prioritization wizardry
• Self-starter who works through ambiguity
