Pandora has now filed the official paperwork required for an initial public offering (IPO).
The “Form S-1” has been submitted to the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), specifically relating to a ‘proposed initial public offering of shares of common stock’.
The number of shares to be offered and the price range involved remain undetermined. But for the purposes of the filing, Pandora estimated an IPO valuation of approximately $100 million.
In terms of the so-called ‘bookrunning managers’ on this IPO, the job goes to Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Securities. Comanagers will be William Blair and Company and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
