MoMA PS1’s Warm Up Experimental Music Series…

MoMA PS1 is located in Long Island City in Queens. The museum is affiliated with the Museum of Modern Art in Manhattan.

PS1 will be holding their 17th annual Warm Up series from June 28th – September 6th, 2014. Warm Up is an outdoor music series held in the museum’s courtyard. The series focuses on experimental acts and DJs, and also incorporates art and design.

Warm Up is organized by PS1 staff and is curated by a committee. The committee includes Head of True Panther Sounds Dean Bein, DFA Records Co-Founder Jonathan Galkin, Pitchfork Senior Editor Brandon Stosuy, Imogene Strauss of Cool Managers, RVNG Intl. Label Head Matt Werth, and MoMA PS1 Assistant Curator Eliza Ryan.
