“Do-bee do-bee do”? Right out of “Strangers In The Night.” Lawyers, do your stuff.
They probably licensed that, given that it’s a major commercial involving IBM, probably a serious ad agency, etc. But hey, maybe they overlooked it, but probably not.

Would be interesting to know. Arguably, there is no actual melody expressed. Copyright would still apply to the lyric, as it would to Awop Bop A Loo Mop Alop Bam Boom, I guess?
