Looks like Coachella wasn’t quite sold out, after all.
Billie Eilish has teamed up with Goldenvoice to offer new merch bundles that come with tickets to Coachella for $476.
The bundle is available for both weekends of Coachella, but you’ll need to be quick to snag them. The bundles went on sale starting at 12 pm PST today (Wednesday), with two different bundles to choose from.
General Admission ticket bundles are available for $476, and VIP bundle passes are available for $1,046. The prices on Eilish’s site are a mark-up of the original cost by about $50, but the bundle does include a fanny pack and handkerchief.
Coachella is happening over the weekends of April 13th and April 20th in the usual spot in Indio, California. Billie Eilish will take the stage alongside other artists including Childish Gambino, Ariana Grande, Tame Impala, Solange, Janelle Monae, Lizzo, Blackpink, and others.
Both general admission and VIP passes for Coachella sold out the same day they were available, at least on coachella.com. But we found plenty of aftermarket tickets available, with some actually below Coachella’s list. The relatively low price of Eilish’s bundle suggests that demand for the festival may be weaker this year.
Eilish hasn’t specified how many of these bundles will be available. Of course, you can still buy Eilish merchandise from her website, without the $400-plus sweetener.
Eilish’s debut album — When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? — is slated for a March 29th release.
Eilish began gaining popularity after releasing her debut single, ‘Ocean Eyes,’ in 2016 when she was only 15 years old.
Her brother Finneas wrote the song for her dance teacher, who wanted to choreograph to the track. After uploading the track to SoundCloud in 2016, it received more than 2 million streams.
Later, Interscope Records signed Eilish, and a song of hers appeared on the 13 Reasons Why soundtrack. Eilish’s debut EP, Don’t Smile at Me, also sparked a surge of interest.
