The Hottest Concerts in 2020: 5 Upcoming Tours You Won’t Want to Miss

Nielsen recently released some exciting and impressive data concerning live music.

Thirty-two million Americans attend music festivals each year. Those people are almost a 50/50 split between men and women — 51 percent women, 49 percent men — and some even traveled an average of 903 miles to get to the show!

Musical festivals aside, over half the population attends at least one concert each year. That’s an astounding 52 percent of Americans that have enjoyed live shows from favorite artists annually.

So, what upcoming tours do you have to look forward to in the next year?

Luckily for you, there’s no shortage of artists performing in 2020. Whether you like the old-school, classic rock or fresh pop music, there’s a show for you.

Here are five tours we’re keeping an eye on.

1. Lady Gaga

It’s not too late to see Lady Gaga!

Her 2019-2020 Las Vegas tour is still going strong with some dates left in this year and next. Her shows, entitled Enigma, play at the Park Theater in Las Vegas regularly.

If you saw her movie A Star Is Born, you’ll understand why this show (read: her voice) is sure to amaze you.

2. Billie Eilish

Eilish is a force to be reckoned with, with many singles in Billboard’s top 100.

One of those singles, “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” has a subsequent tour to match. The Billie Eilish Where Do We Go? world tour is only just beginning.

She plays well into the new year, with dates all around the U.S. and the UK.

Del Rey has just announced a 2020 UK arena tour that’s sure to impress. She’s got huge shows planned for Manchester, London, Glasgow, and more.

4. Jason Aldean

Country music star Aldean has recently announced a North American tour starting in 2020.

It’s called the We Back tour — and fans can’t wait. It features special guests such as Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, and Dee Jay Silver.

The tour begins in January and lasts until March, with many a date between. Country music lovers have at least twenty shows to choose from between its start in South Carolina and finish in Mississippi.

5. Taylor Swift

With Swift’s new album, Lover, everyone knew a tour was soon to follow.

And she’s finally confirmed the rumors.

The international tour starts in June of 2020 at locations throughout Europe and South America. She’ll then head to the U.S., where she’ll perform at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium in two 2-day stretches — “Lover Fest West” and “Lover Fest East.”

She’ll be the first woman in history to open in an NFL stadium!

Don’t fret if you can’t make it to those shows, though. We predict that Swift will announce many more dates in the upcoming months. Keep your eyes peeled.
