Britney Spears is one step closer to removing her father from her conservatorship.
Yesterday, a judge denied her father’s objections to how the conservatorship should be delegated. Spears filed a court petition last year to remove her father entirely. She wants to place a financial institution as the sole conservator of her estate, effectively removing her father. Spears’ lawyer, Samuel D. Ingham III, argued that the singer is afraid of her father, Jamie Spears.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny denied that petition. But she did appoint Bessemer Trust to serve as co-conservator alongside Jamie Spears. Now, new objections raised by Jamie Spears over that arrangement have been rejected. One of those objections asked that Jamie Spears have the power to delegate investments.
“There’s no intent or desire to create unequal power or decision-making between the two, your honor,” Spears’ lawyer argued. “This is a way to make it consistent and to not take away powers that Mr. Spears as a conservator had.” Now that the judge denied the objection, Jamie Spears and Bessemer Trust must work together on a budget and investment proposal for Britney Spears’ estate.
Jamie Spears has been Britney Spears’ legal conservator for 12 years now. Another hearing on the conservatorship is scheduled for next month. Jamie Spears’ lawyer argues that he has been nothing but professional. But a new documentary, ‘Framing Britney Spears’ paints a different light.
“My client Jamie Spears has diligently and professionally carried out his duties as one of Britney’s conservators, and his love for his daughter and dedication to protecting her is clearly apparent to the court,” says Vivian Thoreen, a lawyer for Jamie Spears.
Since news of her struggles with the conservatorship broke, fans have started the #FreeBritney movement. It seeks an end to the conservatorship dominated by Britney Spears’ father.
The social media movement alleges that James Spears has abused what was meant to be a temporary situation. The documentary on Hulu interviewed several activists behind the movement, as well as a former assistant of Britney Spears.
After the #FreeBritney movement went viral online, James Spears defended himself last year. “All these conspiracy theorists don’t know anything,” Spears told Page Six at the time. “The world don’t have a clue. It’s up to the court of California to decide what’s best for my daughter. It’s no one else’s business.”
Britney Spears current boyfriend, Sam Asghari, has spoken out about the situation. “In my opinion, Jamie is a total dick. I won’t be going into details because I’ve always respected our privacy, but at the same time, I didn’t come to this country to not be able to express my opinion and freedom,” he said.
He runs his daughters finances hires lawyers with HER money to keep HER in this conservativeship!
Joe Spears is a sicko wackadoo

I’m creating screen shot of this. Tell Paul Resnikoff, editing my comment out to keep from pissing off Music CEO’s, devalues his credibilities.
Some of the biggest music names surrounding Britney Spears stand to lose over a Billion with infractions, corporate mindset, intellectual property theft over the most iconic track bringing her youth into womanhood.. I’m A Slave 4 U.
I’d like to get a message to Britney Spears regarding Robert John Mutt Lange / Zomba-Jive Records / Universal Music / Sony Music entertainment / Pharrell Williams / Charles Edward Hugo / Lord Henry Hadaway of HHO Publishing.
In 2006 Senior Vice President of EMI Publishing states in his letter in Dean Hajas possession, that the 2005 Slave Driver Remix was in fact “NOT WRITTEN BY Pharrell Williams / Chad Hugo nor the Neptunes”. Dave Aude didn’t write it either and is only credited with the Performance Royalties of creating the mix.
How does a track released originally in 2001, with bare bones, almost no melody musically, with a stripped down rhythm track and a vocal go to the 2005 hit dance track, with neither the Neptunes nor Dave Aude being credited….?
The musical bed described in the 2005 dance smash hit, was written fully and owned by Dean Hajas from 1995. The song was solicited on Sept. 23. 2001 to both HHO Publishing – Lord Henry Hadaway and then on the same day at Zomba / Jive records headquarters.
4 years later on Dec. 23, 2005, Dean Hajas identified with the song, the melody, the arrangement immediately at Future Shop, in Brantford ON. Canada.
Having spoken with Eric Levine of Zomba – NewYork, he wrote to Bruce Scavuzzo and divulged both their contact information to Dean Hajas. Bruce Scavuzzo cc’d Dean Hajas and pointed fingers back at Zomba – Jive records since they “commissioned the song mix” that was put out by Dave Aude.

Britney Spears has been held hostage by a grand scheme of trickery by those around her, that presented her with I’m A Slave 4 U, and have held her against her will for 13 years.
Please help get this message to Britney Spears. When she gets to see my compelling evidence, that has been shared on this thread, Britney will “Hit the Roof”, with the realization, she’s been lied to by absolutely everyone around her. This compelling evidence needs to see the light of day, in order to truly help #FreeBritney.
This paper is no friend to musicians or music.
This paper and most others are an arm of the music monopoly.
Paul has never held any position as a musician or in the music business as he states in his bio. The Music Monopoly uses people like him who have no talent and are full of vibrato and little sense for self preservation.
The industry happily dumps disinformation for the industry for a small fee with no regard for who these articles might hurt. He is currently under investigation for fraud as some of these company and artist evaluations are grossly overvalued and have been found to be so by recent buyers of these products.
This site does no due diligence no independent reporting.
We are witnessing the greatest art theft in the world.
To see this about Brittany doesn’t surprise me one bit. I always felt the music cartel was behind this in some way and now I know even after all I’ve witnessed and experienced im still naive the darkness at work here, is more ruthless and sick than I could ever dream.
My industry has been infected with coke fueled lawyers pedos and imposters.
It’s almost over and when it is we will remember all of you
Brilliantly put …
I had a conversation with legal business affairs at ASCAP about the money laundering disservices that the Performing Rights Organizations perpetuate. I’m in the process of the response which they know will be heavy hitting. They admit as agents of our creations, they simply haven’t got the expertise or experience to validate or deny my charges. The facts remain, CIPO (Canadian Intellectual Property Office) takes NO audio sample to correlate to a title. Socan takes no audio sample to correlate to a title. I called Geneva on Monday this past week, and factually read WIPO the riot act, for “aiding and abetting the Performing Rights Organizations world wide with theft. Strengthening CISAC who after 15 years just developed software that sounds a lot like Audiam. But again, how can Audiam match mechanical royalties to plays on YouTube by title only.. ? How can ASCAP or SUISA match plays to Royalties with no audio sample. How can the “License to play” levies / tariffs aka taxes match performance royalties to plays they can’t account for without having a mechanism in place to track our plays.
ASCAP stated, “ how can they possibly take an audio sample of all the songs they receive “…? Only a smaller COMPASS in Singapore on the other side of the planet could recently offer this as part of the services of ISWC creation.
As soon as Eric Baptiste CEO of SOCAN “abruptly “ went missing April 14th of 2020, only to be chased by Jeff Price for failure to pay 16 million for the purchase of Audiam, you know were in for a ride to hell. Then the company that is supposed to keep records of our metadata.. Medianet gets sold 3 weeks ago by SOCAN / Jennifer Brown for $6 Billion net worth.
I really want an opportunity to speak at the U.N. to bring formal charges against these Intellectual property thieves.
If anyone has a contact for Britney Spears. so I can share with her the trax to compare, I’d greatly appreciate it, and I’m certain so would she.
We were both put in this cycle by people who you shouldn’t trust your children with. So why let them create “Orphaned Royalties” as a by- product of frivolous business practices.
Cheers to the creators,,who despite these jokers, continue to have faith in the craft of song writing.
Is a prolific con artists
Ask the Gaye family
I’d like to share the trax for comparison to all who are willing to be open to it.

Brittany’s father can’t earn a living any other way. This situation shows his laziness, control in this and personal relationships, and he’s deep in self absorbency. He’s a scared little man. Sorry Brittany – we wish you could get those yeckeeeee father fingers out of your life and business.
