Beats Music Officially Shuts Down

Beats Music, the companion music service to Beats by Dre headphones, had roughy 110,000 subscribers according to leaked documents.  Regardless, the struggling streaming service was rolled into a $3 billion Apple acquisition in August of 2014.

Now, Beats Music is officially entering the ether, with the shutdown complete Monday, November 30th.  Those failing to transfer their collections to Apple Music will lose them.
