SESAC has named Alexander Wolf President of SESAC International.  Amongst Wolf ‘s responsibilities he will identify and implement a portfolio of new multi-territory licensing and service offerings for SESAC.  Wolf will also represent SESAC Performing Rights with societies around the world, and oversee the exploitation of the Rumblefish and Harry Fox Agency catalogs outside the U.S. Wolf will report to John Josephson, SESAC CEO .

Also in rights societies, GEMA executive Jörn Radloff has been named head of rightsholder management for ICE Services.

Elsewhere, Eventbrite has appointed Joel Crouch as its first ever General Manager for U.K. and Ireland.  Crouch, who will report to VP of Strategy Randy Befumo, has more than 15 years experience working with companies including Google, EMC, and Lanyon.

Another notable announcement comes from 7digital, which has just signed on to power the freshly-relaunching eMusic.  The music and radio content and backend supplier has named Paul McGowan as non-executive director of the company.  McGowan holds top leadership positions at a number of companies, including Hilco UK and HMV.

Warner Music Canada has named Steve Waxman as Vice President.
