The future of Keeping Up With The Kardashians is now up in the air, thanks to Kanye West’s mental breakdown. Kim Kardashian wants to cancel the show.

According to multiple news outlets, Kim Kardashian has halted the production of the (surprisingly) popular Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The reason? Following the Paris robbery, and the mental breakdown — and subsequent hospitalization — of husband, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian can’t simply take the emotional and the mental stress.

According to TMZ, producers had enough footage to flesh out the show’s current Season 13. They had initially planned to film through December. However, Kardashian has remained with husband Kanye West at his bedside at UCLA Medical Center. Digital Music News readers will remember that the singer was rushed to the hospital on November 21. Days earlier, Kanye West made headlines after cancelling a concert after just three songs before going on an explosive 17-minute rant. Topics included Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, his own 2020 presidential run, and comments against friends Jay Z and Beyoncé.

Following the (alleged) Paris robbery, Keeping Up With The Kardashians stopped shooting. According to Kardashian’s police report, five masked robbers held her at gunpoint, and stole more than $10 million in jewelry from her private suite. No witnesses have come forward, nor any security footage recovered. Since then, Kardashian has remained silent on her favorite mediums: Instagram and Twitter.

Fox News is also reporting that Kanye West remains hospitalized. A source said that West is “mentally exhausted.” Doctors said the singer is “in no shape to leave.” Kardashian reportedly argued that her husband “could recover at home.” Unfortunately, Kanye West “had a rough time at UCLA Medical Center, struggling with extreme paranoia.”

The singer also has an insurance policy covering him against show cancellations due to illness, including a psychosis diagnosis. His personal doctor said the singer suffered a “temporary psychosis.”

It’s unclear whether Kardashian will cancel her show, as well as when Kanye West will leave the hospital.

So Kanye is a “singer” now?
These kind of perspectives happen when members of the media don’t know about these artists, don’t understand hip hop culture, but only noticed them once they became super mainstream figures. I’ve seen nothing but negative coverage of Kanye the last few weeks on DMN.

I bet you can’t even name three songs off College Dropout. But have memorized lines from his rants because they made you feel “uncomfortable”. Lol what a joke!
